By placing an order with CDR Systems, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with its terms and conditions.


 1) I/we have requested only one (1) copy of any recording that has a copyright owner other than myself.

 2) The original recording, as well as the copy, are for my own use and will not be sold or given to any other party.

 3) If I/we have requested multiple copies, I/we are the copyright owner or original owner of the material, or the work is/can be found in the public domain.

 4) These transfer services are for personal and non-commercial use.

 5) I/we agree that no materials are being copied for the purpose of duplicating, distribution, or redistribution, publishing, broadcasting, netcasting, or any other form of digital or analog copying and/or distribution.

 6) I/we will not hold CDR Systems, it's representatives, employees, contractors, consultants, or associates responsible for any damage caused during shipping and handling of the original provided materials.
